The program will help build capacity for the region’s businesses by assisting them at any stage of the business life cycle: concept, launch, growth, and stability. 50% of funds will be directed to entrepreneurs and businesses in distressed communities, minority, woman, or veteran owned businesses, and businesses in targeted industries.
