Our Region

seCTer represents 20 cities, towns, and boroughs in southeastern Connecticut region, corresponding with the Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments’ region. Each municipality holds unique assets and governmental structure which encourage business growth. The region is known for spanning from its rich manufacturing history to modern industry in a knowledge-based economy while maintaining a sense of colonial charm and warmth.
