About East Lyme
Just to the west of Waterford and east of Old Lyme, the town of East Lyme comprises two villages of Niantic, along Long Island Sound, and Flanders at the intersection of Rte.1 and 161.
Town Hall is open from 8am to 4:30pm. Mon-Friday. Closed on major holidays. Tax Collector’s office is open additional hours of 8am to 7pm on the first and third Thursdays of month.
Directions
The town of East Lyme is on the Connecticut Shore between Old Lyme and Waterford. Major highways and roads are are I-95, Rtes 156 and 161. Exits 72,73,74,75 and 76 of I-95 are in East Lyme. We are one hour from Bradley International Airport.
